We had a quick stay here. Perfect location if you have an early flight like us. Airport is across the street. A 3 minute walk, then a free tram to Terminal 2 if thats where you fly out of. We will definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing stay. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, the overall attitude felt more like mass processing than hospitality. I contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I would be there at 9am and wanted to ask about early check-in or possible arrangements. I received no reply. I also tried calling, but nobody answered. When I arrived, reception eventually found my message and explained that because it had come through Expedia, they hadn't seen it. That may explain what happened, but it certainly doesn't excuse such poor organisation. I then had to wait around four hours before being given a room at 1pm. The room itself was extremely hot. The curtains effectively had to remain closed throughout the stay because of the sun. The AC wasn't working properly; a technician came and briefly had it blowing properly cold, but immediately reduced it again. After that, the room wouldn't cool below around 24°C, suggesting the system was deliberately limited. The fan couldn't be properly adjusted either. Overall, it seemed that whether guests enjoy their stay or ever return simply doesn't matter. For a property marketed at this level, I expected considerably better service and comfort. I would not stay here again.

Basic hotel, seemed too expensive for what you got. Didn’t refill coffee and water 3 of 5 days. View from the rooftop bar was fabulous but food was not great. Service at the pool was very slow and they didn’t keep the pool area tidy. Front desk staff were helpful for the most part.

Gutes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und ein echtes Highlight auf dem DachMein Aufenthalt war insgesamt wirklich gelungen. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und absolut einwandfrei. Besonders begeistert hat mich der Rooftop-Pool – perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Auch das Frühstück war gut und hat für einen super Start in den Tag gesorgt. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

We had a medical emergency during our stay. Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful. One person provided us with a wheelchair, which we very much appreciated! We had to cut our stay by one night and the manager was very helpful in getting us a refund with a 3rd party reservation. We would definitely stay again! - A very thankful customer

Horrible, if you are coming don’t stay here. The AC don’t work, the pillows are horrible, the beds aren’t clean and the curtains are falling apart. We had a terrible experience here. They sent someone to fix the AC and still it didn’t work.

Our stay at the Sheraton was absolutely amazing. We travelled as a large group for my mum’s birthday celebration, and every member of staff was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel upgraded and decorated my mum’s room for her birthday, which made the experience even more special. We also used the restaurants during our stay, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Despite us being quite a lively group, the staff always went above and beyond to help us with warmth and professionalism. Staying at the Sheraton truly made my mum’s birthday experience exceptional and unforgettable. Thank you again to the whole team for such wonderful hospitality.
