"The hotel was grand and awesome. Nice and helpful staff. Onsen is also available. I do wonder if it will be better if it is summers as there is a beach that is easily accessible from the hotel."

"It’s actually one of the most ridiculously overpriced onsen hotel I have ever been. We travel around Japan and have been living in many similar styled ryokans and rarely run into such disappointments. The hotel obviously has dinner option. But neither Expedia nor the hotel provide proper communication for such option. "Review as an English foreigner. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I arrived in the evening and the staff was not there and would not respond to my messages. Thankfully, a group of older Japanese men were there and helped me get in, choose a bed and get set up for the night. They were great and led to a great Hostel culture. Comfy bed and clean. I would recommend, but make sure you check in early or I doubt the hostel owner will be of much help, unfortunately. Though I may have just been...
