Top Nicholas Lake Hotel Reviews
Baymont by Wyndham South Haven
10/10 Excellent
"Right by the on ramp of the high way and main road into town. Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, a gas station and fast food places. Staff was great, the breakfast was great, room was fantastic. Also they have a large parking lot incase the main lot over flows! 10/10 would stay here again for my next visit!"
Holiday Inn Express South Haven by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"From the moment my friends and I walked into the lobby, the environment was friendly and so were the staff working that afternoon. We would definitely recommend this location."
Sun N Sand Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Unique, quiet & calm. Love all of the amenities. One feels like they took a step back in time, alongside modern conveniences. Mins from the lake, food and shops. Perfect enough to spend a day on site. Nothing extravagant, but very much worth it."
Historic Hotel Nichols
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing location! Walking distance to almost all amenities that South Haven has to offer. Excellent staff, phenomenal breakfast. Extremely comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again. Everything was above and beyond."
Lake Bluff Inn and Suites
10/10 Excellent
"The fireplace was broken and we were so excited to use it. Also we had trouble getting on WiFi, they should have it in the room written on a card."
Yelton Manor Bed & Breakfast
8/10 Good
"Loved this B&B & our room. The only negative was the French door to the bathroom -prefer a solid one for privacy. The headboard was not mounted to the wall securely & resulted in any movement to make a noise. Otherwise everything was great. The room was inviting & clean. The staff was accommodating & pleasant. I would’ve preferred more of an orientation the first night. We didn’t know about the mini fridge or breakfast until the next day."
Waters View Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay. Our room was comfy, breakfast was great, and staff were very kind and helpful. The location can’t be beat—across from the beach and Bunde’s Cafe (yum). We hope to be back soon!"

8/10 Good
"We booked not thinking it would be so hot in the tent. The afternoon sun directly hit the front of tent which made the first part of the nights sleep almost unbearable. Mornings were pleasantly cool. The restrooms/shower rooms were a bit further than we anticipated from our tent. Not much to rave about for breakfast- little yogurt and berry cups and muffins of some sort. There were chickens and at least one rooster on property which made it fun for the children who stayed there. Plenty of room to run. S’mores around a fire in the evenings was nice. Stay was within a 1015 minute drive from most places in South Haven. May consider staying again if the opportunity arose just not in the heat of the summer."
