"The hotel was nice, everything was clean and all the staff were very nice. Our only complaint would be the fact that we were there for four nights and our room was never cleaned. I set the garbage out in the hall one morning, it was picked up and nothing else. I don't use the same towel for four days at home."

"Your kids will love the experience, even my one year old toddler enjoyed the pool and it was always a fight to get them out of it. They enjoyed it so much. "The hotel was great....had no issues and it was close to the mall of America....just a few minutes drive. It seems there's offices and residences in the same area and the building across from the parking area has a grocery store which can be very convenient. The pool was small and water was cold but at least there was a pool for the kids to enjoy. Restaurant in the lobby was slow but I feel that is typical of most hotel restaurants. While we were there, there was an event outside the hotel called 'On the One music festival' with food trucks lined along the streets. That was a nice surprise and I wish we could've made it to the festival but we had other plans."
