Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them.

Awful food

Very beutiful and relaxing beach and pool area. Unfortunatelly that is the only positive things to say about this village (and I also have to mention the very positive and friendly girl working in the mini market). Apart from that the food is awful, nearly uneatable, the drinks are served in 1.5 dl plastic cups - even if you drink it in the sitting area. But I have mixed feelings about the rooms. They have a lovely balcony, but the beds are all awful and the AC is a joke. It also smells mold in the rooms and there is NO equipment in the kitchen. The TV is probably from the 80's and the wc is falling apart. Maybe this village is better when not having any covid restrictions, but now it was just way too expensive compared to the quality.

Struttura bellissima. Mare vicino e animazione ottima. Cibo non male ma potrebbero fare di più per essere un 4 stelle. I dolci sono sempre uguali e gli antipasti e i secondi piatti lasciano a desiderare. Il resto ok.

È stata una bella settimana anche se il villaggio deve essere ristrutturato assolutamente le camere non rispettano gli standard, un 4 stelle con porta a chiavi triple angusti e non insonorizzate e oscurate... Il personale invece è da 5 stelle dal metre alla signora delle pulizie (un caro abbraccio alla signora Rosa).

struttura bella ma scarso controlloe manutenzione

La struttura nel complesso e bella e tranquilla con una pineta fantastica e una spiaggia ben tenuta ma sporche oltre i confini della struttura(qui e colpa del comune, peccato!!!) quindi si ha il mare e i boschi tutto a 2 passi,ma è GESTITA MALE le camere hanno la muffa e si sente proprio il cattivo odore tipico della muffa le federe e i cuscini sono macchiati di muffa, ho chiesto il cambio del cuscino mi e stato detto che non ne hanno VERGOGNOSI la struttura si trova a due passi da 2 centri commerciali potevano comprarli MA LA DIREZIONE e ASSENTE e la reception e sempre approssimativa e poco professionale siccome eravamo in 2 ha pensato di rifilarmi una doppia invece della tripla che avevo pagato dicendo che non c'erano camere e che la richiesta in fase di prenotazione cioè camera a piano terra a loro non risulta faccio presente che ho chiamato la struttura per essere sicura di avere una camera a piano terra dopo aver contestato e saltata fuori la camera (ma saranno cavoli miei se voglio la tripla visto che l'ho pagata).La struttura ha molti spazi in cui non e accessibile per chi ha problemi motori e la botteghina non accetta le carte (cosa che dovrebbe essere obbligatoria)poi non c'è un bancomat.Le pulizie sono assenti si limitano solo a riordinare almeno nel mio settore perché ho chiesto ad altri ospiti e mi hanno detto che andavano bene. Poi chiedono sempre quando vai via cosi l'ultimi giorni non fanno neanche quello e poi attaccano briga se un ospite contesta .

L'apparenza inganna anche se poi c'è di peggio

L'albergo si presente bene in un discreto stato, il personale della reception non risulta della cortesia sperata. l'animazione non è il massimo dovuto alla giovane età delle persone, ciò è in parte sopperito dalla volontà di quest'ultimo. La camera risulta pulita e silenziosa (camera 315) La nota più negativa riguarda il cibo, poiché non si riesce a mangiare un piatta da pasta che non sia scotta, però se si cerca tra i vari piatti si trovano anche delle pietanze discrete (pizza e carne alla griglia). Una nota di merito va al pasticcere che veramente serviva dolci ottimi.

Una settima tra piscina, pineta e mare.

Il Nicotera Beach Village si trova in una posizione isolata ma comoda perché praticamente si affaccia sul mare cristallino separato da una fresca e attrezzata pineta. La camera era ben attrezzata con un comodo letto e un terrazzino all'ingresso. C'è una bella piscina su cui si svolge la vita del villaggio essendo circondata dal bazar, l'anfiteatro ed il bar vero motore del villaggio (essendo aperto dalle 8 alle 24 con consumazioni libere all inclusive). Buona l'offerta culinaria sia la colazione che il pranzo e cena con un ricco buffet di contorni e antipasti serviti nel Ristorante principale e (su prenotazione) alla Terrazza al primo piano, ma consiglio la sala principale più fresca e comoda. L'animazione rientra nella media per un villaggio di tale target. In complesso il soggiorno è stato più che positivo.

Soggiorno stupendo

Innanzitutto comincio con il ringraziare i ragazzi dello staff sia animazione che ristorante, veramente cordialità simpatia e gentilezza senza mai essere invadenti, una vacanza volata via velocemente e senza nessun problema, anzi... La struttura è curatissima, molto ben pulita i vialetti tra i villini vengono puliti e ordinati in continuazione, la nostra camera è stata sempre pulitissima. La piscina meravigliosa molto grande e con tanto spazio a disposizione tra i vari ombrelloni, piscina circondata da un bar all inclusive ed un bar a pagamento dove è possibile acquistare e farsi stampare gadget con le foto che vengono scattate durante il soggiorno,un piccolo ma comodissimo bazar dove acquistare generi di prima necessità "noi avevamo terminati i pannolini della bimba" oppure sfizi "giornali riviste sigarette" e altri articoli per il mare ecc ecc... Questa è una panoramica generale, vorrei poi sottolineare che in alcune recensioni ho letto cose negative sul ristorante sulla varietà dei piatti e soprattutto sul mare di cui posto qualche foto, nei giorni trascorsi abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene per essere un villaggio dove si fa un all inclusive e quindi pasti serviti al buffet, ovviamente con i limiti che può avere questo tipo di servizio.. Il cibo cmq viene rimpiazzato di volta in volta quindi non si rischia di restare senza, e nel complesso si è mangiato bene..per il mare invece vi garantisco che è stato splendido per tutto il periodo trascorso, da ritornarci sicuramente
