“When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund.
The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. ”

“I have often traveled to South Africa on business and stayed at many hotels, but I have never found a place where the staff were as friendly as this one. The hotel grounds were large and it was nice to take a walk. The downside was that the bathroom door was the wrong size so it didn't close completely, and the shuttle service ran every hour, so the waiting time was longer than other hotels.”

“Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. ”
