The high point is the staff, very helpful and courteous. Also, a complimentary drink which was very refreshing due to the extreme heat. Room 35 was a sauna! There was no fan but luckily after contacting the front desk late that evening they were able to resolve the issue. Then when we came to take a shower to cool down, around 10 pm, there was no cold water in the shower. Only 2 temperatures, hot and boiling hot. We did not contact the front desk since it was late in the evening and we were leaving at 7 am.

was not able to check into the hotel at stated time, gave staff member my bags and he gave me my room card and told me he’d get my bags in my room once it was ready. When I arrived at my room at midnight my bags weren’t there, no one answered there phone and they don’t have a 24 hour reception or any clear staff members on shift over night. Had to knock on the main cafe side door and luckily a girl opened and I was able to tell her where I think my bags are and to which they were still in the now locked cupboard with the tags with my room number still on. If no one had of answered I would’ve had no way of charging my phone or boarding my flight as my passport, chargers etc were all in my bags.

No safe in the room, no partition/curtain on the shower (flooded every use), no soap in the downstairs restaurant/hotel toilet at all from Mon - Fri, very inadequate lighting in that same toilet, the lights in our room completely broken (and insane looking), gaps at top and bottom of toilet door - no privacy in toilet, on checkout our luggage was buried beneath others in a broom cupboard - damaged items, staff refused to order a cab for us, the lamp in the room was uselessly dim and obscene, toilet stank, flies in the building around the breakfast, beds had jumping insects/fleas, no air conditioning, extremely loud building work outside at 6am, really hot so either deafness or heatstroke, the only table was bolted to the wall and tiny, the beds have numerous ill fitting mattresses that constantly slid off the side, so you fall out of the bed, radiator covered by hideous MDF, no kettle or tea or coffee facilities, no tissue dispenser, no hand soap in the room toilet sink, no elevator but with very steep stairs, thin walls - hear other's showers next to your head. We were made to remove luggage to change rooms and then marched back up to be put back in the same slightly repaired room, 2 of 3 lights fixed. This shouldn't be a 3 star hotel. It's like a youth hostel, even an easyHotel would be better, travelogue is amazing in comparison. This ruined our holiday, it's AWFUL. It was so much worse than advertised. Stay anywhere but here.

De locatie is goed en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Echter is het hotel zeer gehorig. Hou er rekening mee dat tijdens warme dagen de kamer ook heel erg warm kan worden. Er is geen airco of ventilator aanwezig dus de kamer is ook niet goed af te koelen. De bedden zijn wel erg goed!

Echt aan t rand van centrum, ideaal. Helaas was onze kamer niet schoon, lag een bierflesje o de grond bij t bed en er lag een flinke lag stof. Badkamer en bed waren wel schoon en netjes. 1 rolluik was kapot waarvan melding gemaakt. Daarbij zijn de kamers erg gehorig, voor mij niet voor herhaling vatbaar

De kamer voelde verwaardeloosd aan, kraan in douche kapot, verkalkte/vieze douche, loshangende elektriciteitsdraden, slechte bedden en vieze/uitgedroogde/verwaardeloodse planten. De zogenaamde "vintage" look is slecht gelukt.
