"The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day."
"Wonderful stay at this ryokan onsen hotel overlooking the ocean. Thoroughly enjoyed watching sunrise, while soaking in our private onsen bath from the balcony of our room."
"Right on the Beach ! Amazing amenities and restaurants within the resort! To be honest some of the best food I have ever eaten and for a great price!! "
"Very nice staff. However, there was black mold in the bathroom, the entire place is closed from 10am-3pm, it's hard to find the staff even during "open" hours, and it's far from the train station. It is very close to all of the 7 Hells and some of the best onsen in Japan."

10/10 Excellent
"The beds are quite comfortable despite looking old and simple. Only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet but we make do with it for 5 people. It's spacious enough for 5 persons. Hotel facilities are good enough for us for 2 nights."
"This property has a lovely 8th floor infinity pool public bath overlooking the bay. All rooms face the bay and had both a nice view and we're muiet - the ocean waves easily heard from your balcony which faced a public parks beach. Staff there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of both japanese and western dishes. "
"The two of us enjoyed a very pleasant stay and slept comfortably on the Japanese futons. The facility is in good condition and has a wonderful public bath to wash off the stress of the day. Free hot refreshments are available anny time and the breakfast was excellent. Many nice restaurants are a short walk away. Wish I could have stayed longer."
Gaze at the menacing steam and bubbling mud pits around these otherworldly hot springs, where you’ll find crocodiles, steamed desserts and geyser eruptions.
