“Einfach traumhaft. Sehr schöne Villa, super liebes und hilfsbereites Personal und ein Hund :) dazu ein wunderbares Koch. Der Strand ist weit und in tollem Licht. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen ”

“We loved the location and the Sri Lankan food produced by Lester. The pool was to die for. Great stay. ”

“We stayed here for 3 nights and it was incredible. The room was spacious and we got a room overlooking the sea, which was fantastic. It was clean and cozy, and very quiet and peaceful at night. Rosemary, our front desk host was also lovely. She always had a little chat with us during breakfast each morning. The villa is right in the middle of Tangalle, and we made a few day trips from there, each around an hour or more away. Even so, it felt really nice coming back to Ziba after a day out...

“Hotel was excellent. Tucked away in nature looking over the lagoon and a 5 min walk away from a quiet beach. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was clean and very large with a balcony looking out over the pool. Breakfast was tasty and the restaurant served a great dinner. The beach has turtles nesting and hatching at night time. Would come back!”

“What an amazing hotel, where nothing is too much. I can’t recommend it highly enough.”

“We had an exceptional stay at Turtle Bay. From start to finish, the service was a consistent **5-star experience**; every staff member went above and beyond, and we were honestly gutted to only be staying for one night. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome, including cold cloths and a refreshing drink—exactly what we needed after a long journey. Our room (Green Turtle) was lovely: spacious, featuring twin beds, dressing gowns, and a large bathroom stocked with toiletries. We...

“A beautiful property with majestic views. Thank you to the staff (Suresh) for being so attentive and resourceful. I can’t wait to come back to South Sri Lanka”

“Mooie kamer met zeezicht. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie spa, zwembad en fitness. Restaurants zijn top!”

“The property is lovely - nice rooms, great shower - but the food is just okay. We had a great stay and the staff was very friendly. It is fairly easy to get into Tangalle itself from this property, though you will likely need to organize transportation because walking down the main road to get into town is a bit harrowing (a tuk tuk will be $1-2 USD each way). The downside to this property is that, while you can see the ocean from the "ocean view" rooms, the ocean is a bit far away, and there...

“Nice place close to the beach, pleasant surroundings and you can watch the birds and couple of squirrels playing around :) Friendly stuff. ”

“We just stayed for one night but would happily stay again. Amazing view from the pool and restaurant. Friendly staff. Our room was big and clran”

“Very nice place! Quiet and close to the beach (by foot). We had good evenings at the Restaurant. Very friendly People and good organized tours! ”

“Fantastisk udsigt. Meget venligt personale. Skøn morgenmad. Gør dig selv den tjeneste at få redsnapper med soya, chili og hvidløg - det smagte fantastisk. De arrangerede også at vi kom på tur til stranden og så skildpadderne lægge æg om aftenen super oplevelse. Dejlig strand helt uspoleret. ”
