"Il y a des rats dans les chambres qui rentrent par les câbles de la climatisation…
Même si l’hôtel nous a changé de chambre, c’est un très gros manque d’hygiène, et surtout un risque de maladie qu’il y ait des rats qui puissent se balader dans la chambres et toucher nos affaires personnelles.
Je pense que l’hôtel devrait prendre en compte ce type d’alerte et faire dératiser les lieux très rapidement avant que ce soit le service d’hygiène qui se charge de venir faire une inspection..
