Clean, basic room, comfortable enough. No useful amenities (no fridge, tea-making, or welcoming bottle of water). We asked for an underground parking space 5 weeks ahead, but no space when we arrived. Helpful receptionist indicated reasonably convenient expensive local open parking though. Well-located for what Valence has to offer - which isn't much! Good eateries though. Limited EV charging and confusing one-way system - we ended up in a bus lane.

Location location. Overall satisfied with one night stay. The staff were amazing. Small thing. Be nice if they had coffee or tea available for travelers traveling early in the morning in the room☺️

Excellent location to visit Valence with everything on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable apartment, useful to have a washing machine and dryer on site. Very good wifi and very pleasant staff at reception. If you bring a car, be aware there is a height limit of 1.85m for all underground car parks in the centre (so not for big cars or cars with a roof box). But open-air public paying parking (€18 for 24h) in the next street.
