On Shabbat coffee choices are limited as is true for all hotels in Israel which is regrettable but not the fault of the Hotel but reflects local customs and regulations which need to be amended since they make no sense and create unnecessary frustrations for visitors to Israel, as does the fact that public transportation ends in the entire country on Shabbat which...

"The staff at Maxim are professional and attentive. The lobby and lounge area is bright, well-lit, and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent in every way.
