A gem in Niseko
Stayed during winter in 2 Bedroom Yotei Premier Residence, check-in was a breeze as on-site reception was staffed 7am-10am and 3pm-10pm. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Special compliments to Ariana for the kind assistance rendered during our stay. She was resourceful, reliable and proactive in attending to our requests and situation, making our stay a pleasant one. She also meticulously crafted a note comparing the activities tailored to us, which is delightful.
Amazing view, good quality furnishing and linen, underfloor heating and tastefully renovated, a highly recommended retreat!

Comfortable & Convenience Hotel
The room is quite big and full of electric appliances for our use. In addition, the location is quite convenience both to ski area, shopping & dinning areas. There is a heating room for ski gear which is fantastic. However, there is only limited reception service which is not convenience (though we can call the reception of The Vale to help).
