Perfect location on the Walk to get into Universal early and back to your room at the end of a long day. Great breakfast buffet. Loads of eating options on the walk for dinner. Also a great location to walk to the ferry terminal to go across to the aquarium and Ferris wheel.

Very clean, Staff speak good English and extremely helpful and polite.
Air conditioning can be better as air was not flowing near the bed from the other section of the room where the a/c was installed.
Apartment could use more shelves to help organize a family of 4.
Sheets provided were quite thick for Summer. I brought this to the hotel staff during checkout. They mentioned it was supposed to work all weather and said they would have happily swapped it for something lighter had they known and took it as a feedback for other guests ( Yes, they were that polite :) )
