Communication with the hotel was excellent — they responded quickly to our emails and even offered transport from the airport at a very reasonable rate. “Great staff. I would not class this as a five star hotel. It is situated outside the city and I was the only guest. Electric kept going off but the staff were really kind. The spa was good but in Aruba you must have a doctor for the spa and the doctor at this spa was missing. Many services were not available because he was not there. ”

“Staff were 5 star quality - really impressed that while I was there it was my home - nothing was to big or small to ask. Handy distance from town without being too close. Nice and quiet in the evenings 😊 They even packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport when I left at 0300 😳 Food was great in the restraunt and quick walk to local vendors. Felt safe in the hotel and walking in the local area. Thanks to the whole team for giving such personalised customer care 💜”
