“the facility is good. some stain in the bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is ok. The management is not attentive. The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite.”

“Sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, die ganz anders ist, als man es erwartet. Leider ist die Lage der Unterkunft nicht so gut, da es recht lange dauert bis man dort ankommt und je nachdem wohin man muss auch den gleichen Weg zurück wieder sehr lange braucht. Aber ansonsten ein echter kleiner Geheimtipp und trotzdem zu empfehlen.”

“Great staff. I would not class this as a five star hotel. It is situated outside the city and I was the only guest. Electric kept going off but the staff were really kind. The spa was good but in Aruba you must have a doctor for the spa and the doctor at this spa was missing. Many services were not available because he was not there. ”

“Don't let the ride there dictate what you're going to think of the hotel because trust me the right there is really brutal but it is so so so so so worth it extremely beautiful the hotel itself is exceptional staff are very good I greatly enjoyed it I would show you some of the pictures but apparently there's no way to do that but I'm telling you it's worth it”

“Staff were 5 star quality - really impressed that while I was there it was my home - nothing was to big or small to ask. Handy distance from town without being too close. Nice and quiet in the evenings 😊 They even packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport when I left at 0300 😳 Food was great in the restraunt and quick walk to local vendors. Felt safe in the hotel and walking in the local area. Thanks to the whole team for giving such personalised customer care 💜”

“What a great place! Huge gardens with birds and monkeys. Staff were exceptional. A perfect retreat before or after flying...good for a few days. We enjoyed the guided forest walk and massages. Food was very good. Rooms are lovely. Highly recommend ”

“As part of our honeymoon, we spent one night at the hotel. The staff had prepared a lovely romantic decoration in our room, which was a wonderful surprise. Communication with the hotel was excellent — they responded quickly to our emails and even offered transport from the airport at a very reasonable rate.
