"Friendly staff but I expect 5 star quality, few smaller quirks. I ordered a coffee on the breakfast table that never arrived, I had to keep looking for water refill , something I expect to be happening without thinking. Also the shower was out of bodywash , I didn't care asking but a 5 star property should be super attentive to these things. Overall a great stay."
"Except for the fact that the entire premises, well sometimes inside the room too, was stinking like a public toilet. Had also shared the feedback with the lady at the reception just before checkout. Otherwise the food including breakfast was good and the staff were very courteous and welcoming/ supportive..."
"The concept of faceless check-in is good but the property is not very well maintained. Cleanliness could be much better and in spite of requesting for the room to be cleaned the second day it wasn’t when I came back late evening.
Suitable for those where privacy trumps all other considerations. "
"The hotel did not have my booking. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 and they did not give me the room in spite of showing them the confirmation from Expedia.
They refused to give me the room and asked me to make fresh payment. After a lot of arguments, they allowed me to check in and gave me a room at 12.30 am. A pretty bad experience.
In the room, the bathroom had no hand towel, no floor mat. Cleanliness was 6/10.
