Helt ok till det priset! Gammal byggnad, nära strand och ” Gamla stan”. Läget var väldigt bra. Parkering fanns, men väldigt trångt. Enkel frukost. Ingen AC, men takfläkt.

Senza ascensore, varcando la soglia della struttura salta subito all'occhio che pulizia,polvere e ragnatele sparse siano le vere attrazioni di questo posto,davvero osceno....per 127€ a notte con colazione(orrenda)mi sarei aspettato almeno le basi minime della decenza,tra l'altro il potenziale esterno c'è,Noli è bellissima e la posizione è adiacente alle mura del castello,in un attimo si è al mare e in centro storico, anche l'edificio dall'esterno è piacevole,anche se trasandato,un vero peccato...proprio vero che chi ha il pane non ha i denti.

struttura poco curata, doccia sporca e odore sgradevole, phon rotto. Nel sito è indicato parcheggio ma al ns arrivo non c'era posto. Perchè a fronte di ns pagamento ad expedia, la ricevuta è stata emessa per un importo inferiore?

Ho dormito in macchina!!!! Trip advisor mai piu!!!

Cosa dovrei raccontare??? Effettuo il pagamento con successo, Arrivo in hotel alle 21, 30 dopo due ore di strada.... indovinate un po cosa mi sento dire in reception??? “ Buonasera, non è stato avvisato tramite messaggio??? Io... Quale messaggio??? Reception: non ho camere libere. Sono pieno... dopo vari tentativi, tentando invano di parlare con qualcuno, arriva un messaggio in reception, dicendo che avrebbero fatto lo storno....alle 21,30 secondo voi, in questo periodo, ho trovato una stanza?? A nessuno è importato di nulla... che vegogna.... vergognatevi!!!! Non finisce qui, ve lo assicuro

Hotel vecchiotto, ma staff cortese e gentile

L'Hotel è situato in una buona posizione, a breve distanza dal centro, dal supermercato, dal lungomare. Offre parcheggio gratuito (e a Noli i parcheggi sono pochissimi e tutti a pagamento a 1.80 euro all'ora). E' un hotel vecchiotto e quindi privo di ascensore, ma c'è spazio all'ingresso per lasciare eventuali passeggini. Colazione semplice all'italiana. Il gestore Maurizio è simpaticissimo, disponibile e gentile!

Sistemate in camera con terrazzo e vista sul mare .. amche se fuori dal centro è in una posizione comoda .. ha il parcheggio per la macchina e la pulizia è ottima . Il personale simpatico e molto disponibile

Standort ist top. Wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Noli und wenig Gehminuten zum Strand. Bett war alt und durchgelegen. Generell ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Renovierung notwendig.

!! Allucinante !!

Ho soggiornato per 2 notti costretto dalla mancanza di alternative in zona. Stanza con fortissimo odore di chiuso, pareti scrostate e sporche, asciugacapelli a muro senza tubo, doccia intasata, bidet con croste di calcare come il soffione doccia, ragnatele al soffitto, polvere ovunque. La prima mattina subiamo irruzione in stanza della incazzatissima signora delle pulizie (non è disponibile DO NOT DISTURB da appendere alla porta). Stanza che poi non viene rifatta, asciugamani non sostituiti, rotolo di carta igienica lasciato sulla maniglia. Credo a seguito del precedente scambio poco cordiale. Parcheggio gratuito non disponibile, ci sono 10 posti auto max, quindi ci si attacca e vai a pagamento in centro. Colazione con 4 fette biscottate, 2 marmellatine, 2 nutelline x coppia. Disponibile 1 cornetto VUOTO a testa e caffè. No succhi, yogurt, biscotti o qualsiasi altra minima alternativa. Anche se una struttura è datata, l'assenza totale di manutenzione, pulizia ed attenzione non è accettabile (a più di 100€ a notte). Altro che 3 stelle!!! Allucinanteeeeee!!!

l' area è vicinissima al centro. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e si può parcheggiare nel cortile lasciando la chiave per ogni evenienza. Le camere sono pulite, ma caldissime. Non so se fosse il materasso o il fatto che fossimo all' ultimo piano sotto la terrazza, dormire non è stato facilissimo soprattutto dopo giornate calde. La ventola non rinfresca abbastanza.
