Some light switches by the bedside would be convenient instead of having to get out of bed to turn the lights off before sleeping. Also, it would be more comfortable for us who like to READ in bed, and then go to sleep WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF BED to turn off the lights. Some Sports channels in English would be great to avoid getting bored for us who do not understand the wonderful Thai language. Thank you! Otherwise, all was very good.

The breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and very courteous in attending to you. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is small and limited. The swimming pool is under renovations.

I recently stayed at Eleven Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, thanks largely to the exceptional staff. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, keeping the room spotless and ensuring towels were replaced daily without any need to ask. The location is both a plus and a potential drawback, depending on your preferences. It’s right in the heart of Bangkok’s nightlife scene, which makes it convenient for those wanting to explore the city’s party side. However, for anyone seeking a quieter environment or a more discreet entry point, the alleyway entrance and the noise-prone surroundings might be a downside. That said, the hotel is fairly upfront about its location when booking, so no surprises there. Unfortunately, one issue that did impact my overall impression was during breakfast: I noticed bugs crawling on a table, which was concerning and definitely detracted from what was otherwise a solid stay. Cleanliness in dining areas is a non-negotiable for me, so this was disappointing.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

The hotel is located far from the BTS station. There is a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.
