10/10 Excellent

"A great idea if you want to experience ba na hills without all the crowds. Go out at night after the last cable car leaves and see the village crowd free. Hit golden hour at the bridge for another crowd free experience there. The bridge gets so packed you can’t move during the day. The hotel itself was a bit dated in some areas. The bathroom we had, had a toilet in a stall that was even tight for me and I’m only 5’2”- so my 6’ tall husband could barely move in there. We couldn’t figure out the AC but luckily it was a chilly night when we went so we didn’t really need it, the ceiling fan was enough for us. Beds were a bit hard, but for only one night we made it work. Breakfast buffet was awesome! So many options to choose from. I wouldn’t do ba na hills in any other way personally."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Saga Hotel Hoi An. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was amazing, and the food was great throughout our stay. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The spa was excellent, and great value for packages. The only small downside was the included daily replenished mini bar. It only had one diet coke and one beer, with no other drink choices, and we felt it wasn’t really enough for the number of guests in the room. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel was nice and close to stores and many tailor shops. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I reserved the option that says 1 king bed or 2 twins, hoping for the 2 twin bed option and they had none available so it would be a good idea to call ahead. The morning breakfast was nice bite sized options to choose from with someone cooking eggs and Pho. The staff was friendly, except it seems like at night if the manager is not around there is not much they can do without them. I did ask a front desk attendedt during the day where I can go to do a currency exchange and she sent me to VP bank. It was a waste of a trip because I am a tourist and you have to be a member to use their services. I used the 250 credit for the spa, which is taken off before they add the taxes and service fee so it is more like 110 off. The massage was nice. They have room service, and lunch and dinner service. Some things like the shower head was broken and falling off the wall, the fixtures are all crooked, and the counter space around the sink is so small a cup fell and broke! Make sure you move them if you don't want that extra charge! All and all it was a good stay in Hoi an."

"We stayed in building A, 11th floor. Check in was easy. Doorman was always there to open doors and assist with taxis or luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well and it was quiet. Nice bedding and comfortable pillows. We had the included breakfast buffet which was very good with many options for everyone. We went early as it got very busy if you waited too long. Then it was filled with many people, with a large percentage oblivious to their surroundings. Pool could get a bit cloudy by the end of the afternoon as there were many children in the water. The washroom was seldom used it seemed. The ocean and beachfront was close and clean. Beautiful facilities for families. As a couple I would probably stay elsewhere next time."

"Had friends from visiting from Down Under who wanted to visit Hoi An. We all enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is close to everything, the night market, coffee shops, mini markets, local shops. The breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when we come back."
