"We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. "Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"I stayed at this hotel twice during my stay in Quito (once in the hotel portion and the other in the hotel section). I found the entire place to be very clean, modern, and convenient. The staff was accommodating, nice, and welcoming. The surrounding area felt safe and had plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores. I used the spa and had an amazing massage. It was too chilly for the pool, but the rooftop is great even to sit and have a drink."
