This property in a word is phenomenal. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the views of the ocean in an ocean view room are stunning. The food offerings are spectacular as well.

The location had clean, easy access to the ocean. However, I must complain about parking—despite being guests, we couldn't find a space because many Aruban license plates were occupying spots, including some designated for handicapped parking.

The only good things about this resort is how well maintained it is and our dining experience at Atardi. If you're expecting amazing service and quality food then this isn't the place for you. At 1k per night our expectations were definitely not met, not even remotely. I've stayed at Marriott worldwide and this resort is not representative of the brand. Service except for at a Atardi was nonexistent, the staff acted like they were doing you a favor. Safe to say I've visited and stayed at more beautiful, hospitable places and will not be returning to Marriot or Aruba for that matter

The direct beach access was a highlight of our trip. It was so convenient to walk right from the resort onto the sand, and the beach itself was stunning. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Agree with comments that the pool chairs and beach cabanas rental are very annoying. You don’t want to wake up everyday worrying about that Beach is nice, but I would rather stay at the Hyatt, same beach, but location is better, closer to restaurants and stores The service quality vary by person, some nice some not so nice The smelling in front of Ruth steakhouse and elevator is bad, they need to do something to fix that weird smell Atardi restaurant was amazing, qualify food and service, location, perfect Sushi place was very good too The bathroom was ok, configuration was funky, small shower, coffee machine is very old, not expecting a nespresso, but those small little things can make a difference Overall experience was ok, but next time I would probably try a different hotel Would definitely stay the palm beach again

This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of seating at the beach and at the pools throughout the day at all times. We ordered room service before an early am excursion and it was delivered fast, andnit was good. Walking distance to a few more restaurants and a huge shopping plaza with a lot of other restaurants and shopping kiosks. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend
