Very clean and quiet property. Area is safe and very close to all the hot spots. We had the pool all to ourselves. The host and house keeping are A+. The property is gated and secure. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook with. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone coming to Aruba for vacation.

One of the best stays I’ve had. The property was very clean, comfortable, and the host was extremely accommodating. The location is perfect, close to everything, which made getting around very easy. The location of the pool is not desireable as the area is windy and cold 24/7 . The rooms need televsion and brighter lightining The enviroment was very clean and all amenties were perfect and adequate Its is easily accessible to the strip and super safe. It was a perfect location. I had a wonderful 6 days. Time well spent

We were with family and we all enjoyed this wonderful place. The only drawback was the location. We walked to the supermarket and the restaurants beach etc but in the heat with groceries it wasn’t close or ideal so you will probably need a car. The place was clean and the pool was nice. Our second stay at Kaikushi was great, location is perfect near Palm Beach. Stayed in the apartment #2 with pool/hot tub right outside our room. Will be staying here every trip to Aruba. Maya responds quickly to any questions/requests you may have. Would recommend taxi compared to renting a car, they show up within 5 minutes every call. Nothing but great things to say about Kaikushi.

Kaikushi is very clean, well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. It felt very warm and inviting and you were eager to arrive back from a full day of activities to relax in peace and tranquility at the pool and outside areas.
