“Wonderful ambiance and great customer service.”

“The divi all inclusive is great! The restaurants have great food and amazing staff. Ginger was my favorite but they were all great. The buffet is ehh but better than nothing. The bar pizza is delicious. The variety of drinks they make and have is great. The only negative people we met were at the front desk. Just not as welcoming and friendly as the rest of the staff.”

“Paying $4k for 5 days stay and the hotel does not have drinking water area or a dispenser in the main lobby for anyone. Front desk said we have to purchase drinking water. the bar area was closed around 1pm so the guests do not have any choice but to purchase water inspite of paying $4k.
