"The room, and the entire facility, was immaculate. The staff, from the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the bar and restaurant staff, were all so friendly and helpful. There were some minor issues with the seating process at the restaurant, but overall our experience with AMBR was stellar and we look forward to visiting again. "

If you want to get chairs by the pool or by the lagoon, you better get up really really early because people tag the chairs and then go back to their rooms and go to sleep. So get up early tag your chair and maybe fall asleep in it but other than that it was a wonderful day. Cheers to Adam in the front who is the man who took care of everything."
