Wonders Boutique was a welcome surprise. We stayed at "Wonders" for two nights to end our 12 day stay in Aruba (our 4th trip to this beautiful, friendly Island) and enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel. Gaston welcomed us at his hotel on our 3 hour early arrival from a 1 week stay at La Cabana. The room wasn't quite ready which presented no problem as we were able to relax in the beautiful garden setting around the pool. Very clean and very new. Everything works well because its nearly new. Only 10 months old as I write this.
LED lighting, WIFI and air conditioning works great. Plenty of hot water in the shower. New LG flat screen TV with 48 cable channels including ABC, NBC and CBS networks. Pool is sheltered on all four sides so if there are high winds on the beach, you can go to the pool.

My stay with Dirk and Mariel was overall a 10/10 experience !! They are both super friendly , helpful , professional and attentive !! When I booked , I originally booked for only 2 night but I wanted to extend an extra 3 and they assisted me to the best of their ability and accommodated me . I usually don’t like to stay at homes with the hosts on the property but this one was such a blessing .. they made me feel safe and as if I was home . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brisas Studio Apartments. Nicely appointed apartment, modern kitchen made stay feel like home. This is a hidden gem, away from the bustling crowd, yet close enough to get to Palm beach and all the shops and restaurants on JR Irausquin. Gaston is a PERFECT host ready to assist in making your stay a pleasure!! Will definitely return if available in the future. BONUS, they have a POOL with great sitting arrangements to smooze. From the start of the stay until the end this was by far one of the coziest, most romantic, island/beach perfect hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything about the hotel makes you feel happy and like you're actually on a secluded island getaway. We really enjoyed our stay at the Movida Inn Aruba! Our room was large, very nice condition, and clean. We loved having the friendly cats visit us! The well-maintained grounds were pretty with several flowering bushes and the pool was relaxing and very nice.

Fabiola was an awesome host, and did everything she could to make our stay a memorable one. Our only "OK" rating is because we felt the pool was too small for the 5 units, there were only 6 lounge chairs for all guests, and only one area was reliably shaded around the pool. Also, the units aren't well insulated and so we could hear the other guests' voices resonating through the walls. This said, we'd go back to see Fabiola... in a jiffy: she's an amazing woman, and so likeable! The owner of...

The beach was great and it was easy to relax and enjoy the whole resort. The staff in the restaurants and bar were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the Christmas Mass. I would not hesitate to return on my next trip to Aruba.

Host Fernando was very gratious. His home is a large expansive eclectically decorated space. There are multiple rooms all decorated differently. He has a very large back yard oasis that we enjoyed relaxing in before and after going out. We had a ref in our room for drinks. Fernando had a new years eve party for some friends (started at midnight) and we were invited. He gave us champaigne and food. He lit off an enormous string of fireworks. Had a very nice time. This location was new with construction still going on. But peace was not disturbed. Had a few issues at check-in , but management was very helpful and resolved the issues in a timely fashion. For an up and coming property I will be looking for this same property in other locations.

This was our second time visiting JOIA and it was an excellent stay like the first time, which is why we returned. We had a minor inconvenience on our third day but one of the managers Mariana went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We were truly appreciative and thankful for the level of service she provided.
