staff was very friendly, Freddy in the bar & buffet waiter "Al Roker" deserve a shout out; sit down restaurants have no reservations but went went to Italian on Saturday 18:30 there were open tables yet I was denied entry because of a "waiting list" & menu needs to be changed all week it was the same selections

Excellent Staff, great service, good food wirh the excption of a few very tiny bugs in our clean clean towels evert day of our stay. Not certain of what they were and hoped that they weren't roaches. All safe when we got home... no issues.

ocean view is a little deceptive....room near the end of the hall over a parking lot. barely an ocean view. Not worth complaining to change rooms, but otherwise, everything was great. gloria, the housekeeper was fantastic, always very pleasant when we saw her. The beach was amazing. everything was great!

Went there for my 21st birthday and absolutely loved it, food was great, outside the resort has a lot of great places to eat and drink as well. Very safe environnment

Nice place to stay in Aruba. Room was great, buffet was really good as well. We enjoyed all but one of the a la cart restaurants. Two things I’d like to note that they can improve. It’s difficult to get in to most a la cart restaurants especially the steak, I suggest adding more tables. I saw a lot of wasted space in each of the restaurants. The probability of eating dinner at the buffet is very therefore why not make it more inviting. By adding some soft lighting theywill take the experience to another level.

Just left & absolutely would return. Only issue was smell in hallways in hotel. Wasn’t terrible but definitely had a smell while walking to room. Request even number room for great view of ocean!

staff were friendly and helpful. When we checked in ther was to be a welcome bag in the room, there was not. I asked at the desk every day for 4 days, and was told management would take care of it. They did not. Very disappointed. Food was good. they did run out of lobster on our last day there.
