“This was my 11th visit to Aruba and first stay at Radisson Blu. What began as a special family vacation bringing my parents to my favorite island ended in a deeply upsetting experience due entirely to hotel management misconduct. Beach access, umbrellas, and loungers were advertised as included amenities. My spouse slightly tilted our umbrella to provide shade for our child after noon, when its original position offered little sun protection. Staff immediately confronted her, threatening legal...

“Loved the private oasis with the plunge pool! The communal pool was also very nice with very comfortable loungers. Quite location away from the crowds of Palm beach. Kitchenette was also convenient. I would definitely recommend! Hope to return soon.”

“This property was an absolute gem. Was in the perfect location for us, and the beach across the street offered good food at a reasonable price, clear blue waters for swimming in, and lounge, chairs, and umbrellas to help enhance the sitting and relaxing process at the beach. The complementary breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were extremely gracious with an extended checkout, and our room was extremely clean every day. If we come back to...

“Very clean and quiet bed and breakfast. This was our 2nd time staying here . We stay 1 extra night after we leave our resort . The owner and staff are all amazing people. “This is our 4th stay at the Divi phoenix. Property is Beautiful . JR at the bar is the best same with Ronnie and Edward. Never disappointed with the food and drinks. Rooms are well maintained . Beach is stunning. Location is perfect close enough to downtown but quieter then the other hotels. Can’t wait to return in a few months.”

“The Ritz Carlton focuses on having their guests experience exceptional customer service particularly from their staff. I found that the room service staff was superior! My room was always spotless after they reset and replaced towels, etc. One of the concierge went out of his way to make sure my birthday was celebrated at a restaurant by organizing and arranging all details. ALL of the concierges, were helpful in suggesting local Aruban restaurants or restaurants on grounds of the hotel to...

“Geweldigggg ontbijt, schone kamer, goed personeel”

“I had a great time at the Stellaris. I highly recommend doing the tradewinds club. This was my first time going to Aruba and the club gave me comfort knowing I had meals available. The food and drinks will save you money and time if you want to relax at the pools and beach. You can definitely eat all of your meals in the club if that’s what you want and the food is better than a traditional all inclusive. Also you have access to the adults only pool which is really quiet and relaxing and a...
