This was our 3rd stay here and as always everything was perfect from the time we arrived until we sadly had to leave. From our check in with Brandon who always treated you with a smile and so cheerful to all the staff, every time you walk in they all greet you with smiles and asking what can they do to make your stay better. There was Andrew and O’Neil, all the wonderful staff at Ike’s bistro, and Josh the beach attendant and so many more that I can’t remember everyones name but believe me not one person on the staff ever was without a smile and a hello. The property is beautiful and they take great care of it. The topping on the cake here of course is the most beautiful white sand beach with space not like the other hotels where everyone is on top of each other, you were able to relax and enjoy your time and know everyone there was there to help you and make sure you were happy which we certainly were. Thank you all for another wonderful week in paradise

I can't say enough good things about Manchebo. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property and rooms are very clean. The restaurant and bar/lunch areas are open to the environment with nice breezes and great views of the beach. The beach itself is excellent with clean white sand, enough thatch umbrellas for all the guests and is was not at all crowded during our end of June stay. Food and drink service on the beach is also excellent. Swimming is good too with aqua water and sandy bottom. The water does get deep quick so it may not be ideal for little kids.

To have a good experience the staff needs to be welcoming and respectful. And that is certainly true at Manchebo. Best beach in Aruba helps too. Good variety of restaurant options, both at Manchebo and in walking distance. The Manchebo beach area is lower key then the “hi-rise” hotel district, avoid there if you can.

This is where to stay while visiting Aruba. This is a classy resort and the clientele is a cut above. I give all aspects of this resort an A or A plus. A downside to Aruba itself is that the Taxi companies got together and crushed Uber from joining the market. Taxis across the island are stupidly expensive, with a minimum of a $17 fare for a trip, and they insist on being paid in cash. All tourists should bring cash. The taxi drivers don't want to admit that they take credit cards, and will not accept them if you wait until the end of your ride to ask. Ask the concierge of this resort, or of any resort, to find taxi driver who accepts credit cards. This is a particularly onerous problem for Aruba, yet has zero to to with Manchebo or any hotel. Manchebo is the choice for best Beach, first world hotel operation, low density setting, excellent food and overall best environment.
