"Had a ocean front king room in the Palm tower and it was amazing. Didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Walking distance to everywhere you need and the bartenders at the small bar in the lobby were our favorite. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again. We didn’t eat much food on site cause there are so many restaurants nearby with so many different options. Don’t hesitate to book here you won’t be disappointed"

"The room was fantastic cleaned, There was two incident that occurred , maid cleaned the room late 3:30 pm. And my husband and I left some items on the balcony (swimsuit , strawhat,cap and trunks)when we checked out,.I had a friend who was still at the resort check the front desk, no one seen the items."

"We stayed in early August and the Hotel staff were awesome. Super friendly and helpful for all pool chair and beach chair needs. Rooms and grounds are clean. This resort is not overcrowded and is very chill. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and excursions. Improvements: The hotel only had 1 volleyball for the pool and it was old and waterlogged (unusable). When I asked the staff, they said that's all they had. Please invest the $40 in a couple of newer volleyballs!"
