โI have stayed in this Hotel many times now, with my wife, my children and alone - it is the first place past the tunnel and does not look appealing from the outside. In fact it looks like something from the 1970s - but do not let that put you off - The staff, the flexibility make up for the look. The staff are what makes it- want a drink at 1am, no problem, want a pizza for the kids, no problem - want to practice some French- they will speak French even though their English is probably better...

โA but tired but fairly clean although paintwork to bathroom door quite stained. Kettle in room but bring your own cups and supplies unless you want one drink in a polystyrene cup. Basic room in a convenient location from Eurotunnel if you get a later crossing. โ
โReviewing a hotel that is only ยฃ28 a night for 2 people is not easy. Overall value for money wise it is exactly as I expected. Basic, but functional. No frills, barely something that could have a frill. Bring earplugs. Bring a towel. Bring a realistic level of expectation. โ
โPerfect to break up a drive, the rooms are great but theres no soap, kettle etc (but uou get what you pay for).
Theres an ok bakery 1 minute walk away for pastries in the morning. โ
โSuperb stay at very comfortable and friendly hotel. From the moment you arrive to the last moment there, the staff can't do enough for you. Reception, Concierge, Bar staff all excellent. Breakfast was very good and staff there are as above. โ
โPerfect location on the Grand Place in Arras. Easy walking to the other large square and cathedral. Staff were very helpful with parking arrangements; there is free parking nearby and free overnight parking in the Grand Place. Breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend this historic hotel.โ

โVery good. Spacious room, tea and coffee. 3 arm chairs. Large bed. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Unusual location in a shopping centre. Chinese buffet next door. Swimming pool out of action, but sauna and jacuzzi available. โ
