“While the hotel offers fairly basic amenities, the kind staff and impeccable cleanliness more than make up for it. Everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful. I was rushing to leave at 7:30 am. and my driver was already waiting, so the staff kindly let me take my coffee in one of their porcelain mugs to go. Such a thoughtful gesture meant a lot. The hotel is also within walking distance of the main park and the old town. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would happily stay here...

“Overall very good condition of accomodation and good breakfast. Minus point is weak fitness facility which is less equiped than most of home gym. Ventilation system is a bit noisy in bathroom. Minibar price is quite expensive compare to other similar level hotels. Others are perfect including quiete location in residential area. ”

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die ganze Anlage inklusve Zimmer sehr, sehr ordentlich. Die Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und kostenpflichtige Minibar. Das Bad ist relativ groß und auch super ausgestattet. Ein großer Parkplatz und ein Restaurant sind vorhanden. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich, auch mit regionalen...

“Excellent hotel with wonderful breakfast, and awesome downstairs restaurant/bar. Impeccably clean and very modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one regret: the spa was still under construction and there was no swimming pool open either. I will still recommend it to anyone that want an upscale hotel in Cluj, Romania area.”

“It was a good value for money hotel but not a 4 star. AC was missing and in a hot july is not very ok. An old hotel polished to keep the nowadays market.”
