“The comfort was missing in Comfort Inn. Hot Friday night in July Stopping point on our trip to be able to rest and get up early and continue our trip. Air Conditioning only worked if you were walking around the room. Front desk was notified but nothing was done about it. Checked out early morning since sleep was very little. Front desk just smiled and shook their head as I was hoping for a better outcome.”

“On our trip to the area, our family with 2 seniors and 2 adult children stayed in 3 hotels. Spark by Hilton Norfolk has by far the softest and most comfortable beds. We actually all slept through the night, and the temperature in the room was just right. It is located near the Premium Outlet. We happened to need shoes/boots for a wedding/pony swim in Chincoteague. We ended going to the Outlet twice and got what we needed cheaply.”

“Room was ok. There was mold in the bathtub. That really turned me off. But breakfast was very good.”
