Holiday Park Resorts in Normandy

"There was a hurricane this day, not VVF's fault indeed. Quite a few things might have gone better though : We arrived at 4:15pm and the reception was supposed to be closed. Fortunately, someone (friendly) was there to help. However, the room was not ready until after 5pm. The parking is far from most cottages and we had to walk under the torrential rain & wind :-( No soap in the cottage. And other details which are unsettling for a hotel but probably okay for a summer rental. Like no...

"Had an absolutely amazing time. The room was clean and the shower was good. plenty of instant hot water. The staff were really friendly and in the heatwave our rooms were nice and cool. If you're looking for room service it is not that kind of establishment but for clean, simple, natural fun on the beach, this was truly wonderful. thank you!"

"When we vacation, we road trip and never stay in one location very long. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are “new”-ish (as compared to the original house) cabins behind the main house. The property is located in a rural area of Normandy and we had a cow pasture right behind us. We enjoyed our evening in Merville at the beach. We had just come from Paris so the slower country side pace was very refreshing.
