"The check in staff and those that served breakfast and helped with storing luggage were great. The breakfast itself was good but maybe not worth the extra fee. Location was great! Easy walk to time square and a bunch of other nearby sites and subways. However, The elevators were not working properly on the night before check out and the morning of check out. We ended up walking from the 15 to the 28th floor to avoid a huge line up and then walking the entire 28 floors down in the morning. No communication was sent out, lots of questions but none of the staff seemed to be prepared to handle the situation. Understand that sometimes things are unavoidable but multiple elevators were down and there was no coordination."

"Spacious room with refrigerator and sink. Exercise room is lacking. Good location close to times square and subway stations. Brazilian steakhouse restaurant was excellent."

"Lovely hotel. Stayed here for a concert. Union station right across the street for easy subway access. My only complaints were the beds were saggy and a bit lumpy and the room was a little dark. We were on 1st floor. All staff from valet parking, reception, room service and housekeeping were helpful and friendly."

"Rooms were slightly dated but we didn’t mind as we knew it was an older hotel. Everything else looked modern and updated including the great indoor/outdoor heated pool. Great hotel for families. The hotel restaurant had excellent food as well. Staff was super helpful with all of our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay there again."

"I was traveling with my son Brent who was in a wheelchair. They took great care of us form the time we got out of the cab from the airport to the time we checked out. They were always saying 'hi' and making you feel welcome every time you came or left. The room was serviced every day - they had plenty of staff. The location was wonderful. Close enough to Times Square and Broadway and yet not overrun by people and noise late at night. Across the street (less than one block) there was a small deli, small grocery, pizza shop, Korean Barbecue, Chinese / Ramen, and a small diner for american comfort food. Being on eight ave there was a wide pedestrian walkway for quick movement north and south on foot and on wheelchair. It was quick and easy to get cabs and ubers being on 8th street. It was a great base station for Central Park, NBC Studio Tour, Times Square and two Broadway shows in an all-too-short three day trip."
