“My husband and I loved the retro room. It was clean, quiet and you have parking spot designated for your room which makes it super easy to carry your bags in to your room as it's right in front of it. The owner is so very kind and even made things right as my husband I messed up on the check in day when we booked ( it was for the next day ) and she took care of it and even gave me a pair of ear plus as I forgot to pack mine. Can't say enough about this motel from 1959... Cute rooms, cute...

“Of course the location, service, amenities and food are excellent. One of the most special stays we have had across America. Oddly, the 4 staff at checkin were not very friendly…proficient, but not warm or welcoming, while all the waiters and waitresses in the dining room and bar were very happy and jovial. The maid was even more personable. Sitting in the lobby people watching is a fun way to relax, and I noticed the front staff a bit dry with everyone. It didn’t affect our stay, but it was...
