“On the whole, this place is in a good location and the on-site ramen restaurant is excellent. If you have ski equipment, they provide racks to lock it up and they have complementary coffee in the lobby. There were a few issues with my room, but they were addressed by the staff and owner very quickly and I received a partial refund. The staff and owner were very friendly and understanding. “Our room(s) were clean, with spotless white bedding. The weather was SUPER cold while we were there and yet the rooms stayed comfortably warm! Brett & Casey were very responsive to any questions we had and my 3-year old granddaughter insisted on meeting them! I received great advice on the local restaurants (with tips for beating the crowds) and also about the bus schedules. The hotel is located right next door to one of the most popular restaurants in the area! Thanks, guys! ”
