“This was our first time staying at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are subdivided sections of an old paper factory. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,. Good option for finding lodging near Miami University/Oxford, Ohio. ”

“This was a great place to stay while visiting Kings Island and it would be hard to find better for the price. It is right across the interstate and you can see the park from the hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and the pool was clean and the perfect water temperature. We had a great stay here and will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the park.”
