"Overall stay was great. Staff was helpful and room service was prompt when we needed warmer blankets. Food was amazing!!! Some Riu hotels, their food don’t aren’t always the best being it’s all inclusive, but Riu reggae and Riu Montego Bay had great options each day. You can go back and forth between the two. You only can’t eat dinner at Riu montego if you’re staying at reggae. Pools were cleaned and the staff was great as well!! Not sure why it’s not rated higher. I definitely recommend coming here. Only issue we had was the balcony. We wanted to be freaky but your balcony is facing the pools lol"
