โWe stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and S Hotel doesn't owe us NOTHING! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. I am a germaphobe and wipe any room I stay in down with Clorox. I don't have any expectations floors are clean but there was a spot on the floor and I wiped it with my wipes and the floors were clean. I could not believe it so for me, that was a win. โFrom the time we arrived we were treated very well by all the staff. Especially Claudette in the dining room and Steve on the beach. The security at the gate and on the beach were also very helpful and professional.
The toilet bowl in our room 606 needs stabilizing. But we were extremely satisfied with our overall accommodation, and meals.โ

the destination services transportation was not good- they never confirmed our pick up back to the airport despite it was paid for, and we had to get a cab to go back to the airport. This is not related to the property as they do offer their own cabs

โI recently had a 5 day, 4 night stay. I stayed there with my wife, son and mother in law. We stayed in 1 club room 5th floor, double beds with a terrace. The room was nice. Bed mattress was okay. I felt could have been better. The terrace and the view, loved it. The bathroom had some room. Multiple family members were able to use it at one time.

โFirst thing i loved about the stay here is the breakfast. I did not expect much for the breakfast since it was included, but it was really nice. View was great. Path to my room was just gorgeous. It felt like i was entering the jungle. Only thing i was not happy about the stay was bugs coming inside the room. There is no net on the window to prevent the bugs to come in, so you have to use air conditioner and close the window if u dont want the bugs to come in.โ
