"Very very good value for the money "

"Fantastic setting to explore Cornwall. Lovely food served in restaurant in evenings. Reviews of uncomfortable beds were not bourne out and was very comfortable. Only thing that lets it down is the breakfast in the B&B. For 2 days out of 3 continental breakfast in room not restocked, including milk so couldnt even have hot drink. Rather to have a reduced rate for bed only than promise something not delivered"

"We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion. We will definitely be heading back soon."

"Lots of positives at this B&B. Very clean, lovely bedding and towels, great shower. Excellent breakfast. Good location. The room was a little cramped, and unfortunately we never had a view of the golf course."

"Rosie and Bob provided us with the very best stay we could possibly hope for. Their BnB was ultra clean, spacious, well-supplied, comfortable, welcoming and decorated beautifully. We loved the friendly atmosphere, warm welcome, and we felt more like family than tourists. "I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "
