“This is a unique property well located in downtown Greenport. The beds and linens were comfortable , slippers and robes available. There is parking available but it can fill up especially later in the evening. Also unique in that the front desk is not staffed -there is a phone number to call for service and check in . The phone is answered promptly and they were friendly each time I called. They provided coffee and ice water in the common area . Lots of restaurants with in walking distance...

“Overall a good experience. Hotel room was one of the priciest but condition was worse for wear (dated bathroom with stained tub, chips and cracks in wall, furniture and such, rusty bikes with flat tires, etc.). That being said, the room was spacious with a private deck and the daily breakfast basket was a cute touch. Entire place needs a renovation.
