"Unit was basically clean; maybe wouldn't have passed a white glove test in some areas but it is after all in a grove of trees. The description of "15 yds from lake" is probably correct BUT lake was nowhere to be seen from the unit, disappointing. Many lovely lakes are not far, however, and my son took me to them.
