“Wonderful and helpful staff. Beautiful room.”

“Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. “There is both a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, which were helpful. The air conditioner cooled well once I could get it on the desired temp. The temps kept going up and down when I was trying to set it, so it was quite frustrating. There were pieces of what appeared to be dirt on the sheet on my bed, and the carpet was not well-vacuumed. The beds and pillows themselves were very comfortable. This was an accessible room because one of us is in a wheelchair. However, the...

“The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future.”

“The room was filthy it stuck. The bathtub was so dirty I wouldn't get in it. And the bathroom smelled like pee really really bad it was just nasty all the way around I would not recommend it to anybody .”
