Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago
Overall nice place. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need and places to sight see and experience Chicago. My only complaint was the occasional sewer smell. I would book again if I traveled back to Chicago.

would not recommend staying here. The biggest issue was communication—responses were delayed, unclear, and not helpful when needed. This made resolving even minor concerns frustrating and time-consuming. The noise monitoring system is excessively sensitive and creates an uncomfortable environment. ...
