“공항 픽업서비스를 요청하였는데 이메일 회신에 하루 정도 소요됨(좀더 회신이 빠르면 좋을 것임). 공항에 드라이버 뿐만 아니라 직원까지 나왔고, 그 직원은 호텔에 도착하자 마자 바로 객실로 안내한 후 객실에서 체크인 절차를 진행해 주는 등 체크인 절차가 매우 신속하고 편안하였음.
객실에는 무료 과일/쿠키가 매일 채워지고 생수도 6병 정도 비치. 치약/칫솔/면도기/슬리퍼 모두 잘 구비되어 있고, 샤워기 수압 좋고 분사방식 조절 가능. 매일 오전 오후 턴다운 서비스 제공하고 불편하거나 부족한 것 없는지 세심한 서비스가 돋보임. 투어를 위해 새벽 2시, 5시 로비에 나갔을 때도 충분한 인력들이 상주하면서 밝은 표정으로 인사를 건네기도 함. 다만 금요일 밤 호텔 내 행사(2층 옥상)로 늦은 시각까지 음악소리가 들려 다소 불편하기는 하였음.

"이름만 이비스,호텔 주변 환경은 괜찮은 편이나 호텔 내부 시설, 조식등은 최악이라 생각 합니다.토요일 밤 11시까지 뮤직파티를 하는데 호텔 유리창이 흔들릴 정도의 진동과 소음이 발생.예약전에 전혀 고지를 안해줬으며.방도 1층이라 바로 앞에서 파티를 함.이비스 호텔이라 전혀 믿어 지지 않음.재방문 의사 전혀 없음.호텔 조식은 여러 국가를 다녔지만 제일 충격적인 수준.먹을수 있는 음식은 빵과 커피가 전부 대부분 외국인들은 빵과 커피만 먹음."

스파는 커플이 가더라도 다른 방에서 하게 됨. 특히 집중할 부위를 확인해서 압력도 잘 조절해 주었음. 시설과 분위기도 괜찮았음.
루프트탑에 있는 수영장은 아주 넓지는 않지만 인피니티 풀로 잘 설치되어 있고, 멋있게 디자인 된 양측의 벽으로 인해 그늘이 만들어져 땡볕에 그대로 노출되지 않음. 썬베드에 자리 잡으면 생수와 손수건이 든 얼음박스 제공하여 주기도 함.
주변환경과는 완전히 대비되는 시설과 서비스가 여러 생각을 하게 만들지만, 이 호텔 자체는 세계 최고 수준임은 이론이 있을 수 없을 것임. 이곳에 머문 시간 행복하였으며 잊지 못할 추억일 될 것 같음."
