"Pros- great suite room. Excellent club lounge with fantastic views, food and cocktails. Lovely pool. Kids loved the buffet breakfast , especially the chocolate fountains! Valet parking was prompt. Cons- queues at check in. Room still not ready an hour after check in time (this was eventually resolved after requesting another room- and we were given an upgrade to an amazing room). Also had to wait a while for a table at breakfast. Service was mixed- some excellent friendly and professional staff but some not quite as good service compared to the Cordis Hong Kong. Overall would stay again and recommend."
