The receptionist was extremely warm welcome with us, the hotel is well care and the balcony view it's absolutely beautiful. The amenities provided it was okayish we prefer to use our products. “Man kan ikke skure ned på varmen og der var 27 grader inde på soveværelset. Der var ekstrem meget larm fra den store hovedvej, hvilket gjorde det umuligt at sove med åbne vinduer. Så det var enten at forsøge at sove i 27 graders varme, hvilket ikke er sundt, eller med ekstrem meget støj. Alt andet var egentlig meget fint/godt.”

Although I have already paid, they made me pay again in cash and without receipt alleging that they are not paid by you (hotels.com) They just told me to contact you to get my money back. I had no option. The only other one was to be left out in the street. When I booked with you I reported a suspicious message from the structure. Apparently you didn't do anything. I wonder how many others you lead to this trap.”

Çocuklarımız anlayışlı olduğu için büyük bir sorun yaşamadık. Ama sizin verdiğiniz rezervasyonun otel için herhangi bir anlamı yokmuş, biz bu durumdan onu anladık.”
