"This hotel was very nice, clean and had friendly staff. It was a short walk to broadway which is why I chose it. The rooms were nice and roomy. The restaurant in hotel didn’t have a huge selection so we didn’t end up eating there. I did have a drink while waiting for my friend. It didn’t bother me, but there were a lot of emergency vehicles with sirens going all night long. "

"Staff was friendly and rooms are quiet and clean. Showers - bring a cup into the shower so you can get your private area clean- they installed a regular showerhead on the ceiling like a rain shower but it’s just a stream. Although the breakfast is free, the omelet guy soaks the pan in Pam so I would suggest asking him for scrambled instead. The hashbrowns and sausage are inedible too. Stick with the waffles. "

"Easy walk to downtown. You can cut through the stadium parking lot to get there faster. Super clean property - parking garage was very secure with a garage door so no one can get in without a key card, it was very clean, and I felt safe leaving the car in it. Need your key card to get to any floor but the lobby in the elevator. The elevator goes to both the parking garage and room floors, which is very convenient. Police presence is great in the area, even when no game in the stadium - I felt safe walking. I didn’t hear any freeway noises at night, nor any construction noises, like a couple reviews mentioned. It was a very comfortable, spacious, quiet, clean updated room. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and updated. I was on the 7th floor and had a partial view of downtown, due to the building going up right in front of it. A good view isn’t a huge deal, as we were only sleeping there, and the rest of the time we were out walking around and enjoying the city. Breakfast was standard - hot and cold items available. Entire staff was friendly - we were warmly greeted by housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast staff. The only 2 small complaints I have are: 1. the pillows were extremely small - about half the size of a standard pillow and you get 3 of them on a queen bed. 2. the thermostat was having troubles working - it was on AC and was freezing in our room so I tried to turn it to heat, and it kept shutting off. I did finally get it to respond, but maybe the battery? "
