"The overall stay was great. No complaints w the room or amenities. The general manager however was very rude at check in. I asked if the deposit was refundable she rudely said yes it would be refunded within 48 business hours. It has been 10 business days of 05/23/26 && I still have not received my $100 deposit that she guaranteed would be refunded. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and I have never spoken with her for any reason because I’ve never had issues or encountered her at check in or check out. I’ve Always enjoyed my stay. && I have also always been refunded within 1-2 days. So it is disappointing to have experienced these issues this time around while dealing with the hotel manager."
